Guest guest
, I hope you get to a dosage that works best for you. I take Reglan for nausea, mainly because phernergan has never worked for me. It has absolutely no affect on me. Unfotunately, for a while there, when I was in the ER, they always HAD to give me phenergan first and, of course, I'd end up throwing up afterwards. At which point, they'd give me the Reglan. sigh. I finally had my doctor write a note with my diagnosis of chronic pancreatitis and state that I've reached burnout and no longer have raised amylase and lipase levels, what painkillers to give me and what dosage, etc, and what nausea medication to give me. and when to admit me. So far, the note has seemed to work fairly well (except once when I got the intern from hell). You might want to see if your doctor will give you a similar note.
