Pineapple Bake or Pineapple Soufflé

2 cans Dole pinapple chunks, drained and chopped up in the food processor or

blender

1 stick butter, melted

3 –5 eggs

optional

1 cup dry curd cottage cheese

Put pineapple chunks in blender first and blend. Add other ingredients. Blend

Bake in a shallow dish at 350 for about 1/2 hour or 45 minutes, until it is

" poofed " and

possibly beginning to get " golden " on the top.

Tastes like a covered dish supper – very comfort foodish. I invented this on a

whim over the

holiday when I was missing some tastes from my youth. My guys love it when this

is part of

dinner but it could also be dessert. Also good cold.
