Lesley,

have your doctors tried Niacin for your triglycerides? I had a bad

reaction to all statins and my doctors have switched me to Niacin. It

works really well, but the only draw back is that there is a big flush

when you take the pills. If your doctors do want to try it, have them

increase your dosage from really really low to the recommended dosage

very slowly. That way your body gets used to the flush.
