Guest guest
I have two CF cookbooks. I know my parents would of adored to have these books when my sister and I were growing up. " Fat and Loving It!! " - A book written for the individual with cystic Fibrosis. - by Gail Farmer, and Sherri Willcox " Kids Carve the Darndest Things (Grown-Ups Too) - Secret Recipes for the entire CF Family - by Digestive Care and Lucille Packard Children's Hospital. - CF families submitted recipies for this book These books are great for those who have malnutrion problems. They are healthy, but fattening and they suggest how you can adjust the recipes so that you can make it taste different the next time, or substitutions. I came upon both of these books after my lung transplant, and now I don't need the weight any longer, but the recipes do sound great....
