We are new to this group. I heard about the MGB at church camp this

summer told my daughter but she wasn't interested at that time. We have a

friend that had the MGB last March, well when Amy saw her in Sept. was

she surprised. I had seen her at camp. I was hopeing we could do this

together but..... Amy's Dr. said yes, now she is waiting for her

insurance and her pap to come back and she is ready to mail her info in.

My Dr. said no but my middle daughter is a nurse and works with my Dr. at

a college here in town and she talked him into saying yes but... she

asked me to wait until spring. We live in TX from mid. Nov until the

first of April. I had already decided I should wait until I would be

here for my Dr. to take care of me.

We live with Amy when we are in IL.

I have been reading alot of the e-mails for Amy. She works full time and

has an almost 4 yr old son & a 19 month old daughter.

You all sound so friendly and helpful.

I will be going with Amy when she has her surgery and was glad to hear of

places to stay.

It would be great if there were some local folks to talk to while we are

there.
