Guest guest
Hi, We use Magnesium Glycinate for our son - approximately 500mg per day. He is also on a large dose of Kirkman's Vitamin C for constipation. So far, both used daily aren't helping him with daily BMs. I realize we can try other protocols (prune juice reduced, electrolyte drink, etc.) and we will. Just wondering what others think about why the above dose of magnesium and Vitamin C isn't producing daily BMs for him. He has a BM about every 2-3 days. He's been on the SCD for about 6 weeks. I remember something about Mag. Glycinate being legal for those on SCD but that it wasn't good for constipation. If it's not, what magnesium is both legal and good for constipation?
