Inquire with the DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH of Michigan - usually thats where you

find programs under the Maternal Block Grant - which gives money to children

with special health care needs. Also, contact FAMILY VOICES in your state.

Tell them your situation. I have heard wonderful things about them.
