Leg Cramps

OK, one more suggestion that my Rheumy told me about that does help, but you really need to do this for 10 mins each leg. Place your hands on the wall and put one leg back at a time and stretch it like you are about to go for a jog and need to limber up that leg. It really does loosen up the calf muscles, but like I said you have to do it for a least 10 mins a leg to make a difference. It is boring, but it helps.

This is just for the muscle spasms. The ones that feel like they are having the cramps in their bones, I'm sorry, I don't know what to tell you. That sounds so terrible. I'm sorry.
