She is home now. Is sore, but Bill says he's taking real good care of her. Thanks for all the good thoughts and prayers.. Guest guest Posted November 1, 2002 Report Share Posted November 1, 2002 I just got off the phone with Bill (Lu's hubby). She is OK, in a lot of pain, but OK. They took out two masses from her foot (cut is from her heel to the ball of her foot). Dr said it looks ok (not malignant - THANK GOD!). They go back 11/12 for the final results, (so keep praying). Dr also said it will take a while, but she will be able to walk normally again! I know you all have been praying like crazy too, so thanks, I'm sure it helped. Bill took her off "no mail" last night, so send her your good wishes. Thanks to everyone, I know that anyone who knows Lu knows what an incredibly special lady she is, and she is so deserving of all our love and prayers. Thank you all!
