CUT OUT COOKIES (by Amber) 2 cups almond flour 1/4 tsp baking soda 1/8 tsp salt 2 tbsp ghee or coconut oil or Spectrum shortening 1/3 cup honey Mix all the ingredients well. Roll out dough between two layers of a zip lock freezer bag (may use plastic wrap or just an almond flour dusted surface) then cut out with cookie cutters. Bake at 275F until cookies start to brown around the edge (about 30-35 minutes, depending on thiskness. Cookies will crispen as they cool. Cinnamon Cookies: Add 1 tsp cinnamon to recipe.
