I have the ins letter, now do I send it in? Fax it in? Or what? Going to

the MD today, do I wait till after I see my PCP? So many questions. Wish I

had the answers. I have spoken to 2 people at the Ins Co. and they both told

me the same thing the surgery is covered with a letter of medical necessity

from the surgeon and from my PCP. Do they Lie?

P.S. Does anyone know what I have to do to not get all these postings on my

email, or is there someway else to read them or what? I get about 200 post

every day sometimes more!
