You may want to consider rice pasta, which now comes in all kinds of shapes and flavours. It takes less time to cook too. Rice pasta has much less protein than wheat pasta, and protein causes me more trouble than fats, but both do.. Right now, I'm still essentially on liquids, but I thought I'd let yall know.
