Guest guest
Dear Pam, You wrote: My hematolgist said it would be the last thing he would do to me because I don't react to things, like meds, like everyone else does. He says I'm weird.............ever been called weird by a doctor! My body has been called wierd many times by my Mds too. I also hear: complexed, a puzzle, enigma, perplexing, complicated and abstruce. And my Mds have also expressed their own feelings about my wacko body like: stumped, at wits end, clueless and perplexed. I had one Md tell me I had the worst medical luck he has ever seen and he is chief of staff. And my favorite: If it can happen, it will happen to you. I don't take offense when my Mds make these comments. The comments usually come from the Mds who really care. The ones who say you are fine, when you aren't, are the ones I take offense too.
