Guest guest Posted October 18, 2000 Report Share Posted October 18, 2000 I don't want to be a " pusher " , but I tried this workout and I think it is cool. 2-12 minute workouts per day-even I can fit that in. No impact-a little hoaky, but I felt stretched and refreshed afterward and now my arms and butt are sore. So, I guess it was more of a workout than I thought. It is very easy to follow with very fluid movements and stretches. You work all the muscle groups in your body including facial muscles (which ends up looking a little funny).
