Hey Lu that would be great about the info on what you been eating. I have heard a lot about the splenda. I used to eat stuff with the nutra sweet until I started having all the head aches from it. My mother was a diabetic so didn't grow up with a lot of sweets or sugar stuff. We ate salt free and sugar free.
