Guest guest
Hi Carol: I don't know that the discharge instructions mention or not, but I bought sugar-free figuring it will help lower my sugar intake. I do fine with it. Pam Mc from land MGB 9/25/
Guest guest
I use the sugar free variety--and it is so sweet I don't think I could stand the regular stuff! BTW--if any of you are hating the whey protein as badly as I do--the only way I can stomach the stuff is to " hide " it in my Citrucel--that stuff can cover the taste of ANYTHING. Seriously, to get the stuff down, I mix it with just enough water so that it's not a paste, then I toss it down like a shot of booze--if it takes more than one swallow, I can't force myself to do it. *sigh* Why can't this stuff taste like ice cream???
