Question about starting SSDI quest

I have no idea about where to start on my SSDI quest. Any

information from others who have gone through this process would be

greatly appreciated. In the past 6 years I have been hospitalized on

average of about once a month. I had a puestow procedure done 2

years ago that failed completely. I really need to go back to work

for financial reasons but honestly don't see how I will be able to do

so with the amount of time I spend in the hospital. I don't even

know if this is a possibility but I need to do something.
