Well Here We Go!!

I tried to get a prescription for my Percocet today - don't need

until Monday, but since Monday's a holiday I called today and told

them that was why. Well, now I'm getting the " well, he's not going

to keep doing this ya know " routine. I told his nurse that I'm

having a he** of a time of it since this procedure and that I didn't

NEED them today but knew Monday was a holiday and that I would need

then. They have been filling every week for the past 3 weeks so I

don't know why it's such a big surprise now!! She also said " well,

what did that guy (meaning Dr L) out in " ohio " do anyway? " So I

asked if they had gotten the copy of the procedure rpt yet and she

said she'd have to look!! Sheesh...so here we go on this. So have

to make meds last until Tuesday and have to see him at 11:30...she

also said we're probably going to have to send you to a pain mgmt

specialist soon. So, that's the scoop here. I'm feeling worse now

but it's also time to change my patch....so will go do that now. If

anyone knows how long this excruciating pain lasts post-ERCP please

let me know!! W. has been helping me out tremendously (!!)

with info... and for that I'm very grateful. I've been lurking the

past few days but just haven't been feeling up to posting much. Wil
