Guest guest
Hi Laurie, It was actually me who responded to you after having read your post to , but I forgot to change the title. Just so as not to confuse you incase Chrissy says..huh? *L* I can't see how Pancreas Divisum can be a cause of a work related injury, although I am saying that thinking it is only something that someone is born with. Even with any other Pancreas problems, I can only guess that it could be claimed on workers comp if one was injured at work by being hit by an object in the abdominal area and then the pancreas being damaged that way. If this isn't so, I don't know how they can suggest workers comp should pay the medical expenses. It just sounds like they want to try anyway they can to not pay for something that appears to be long term.
