Hi Laurie,

It was actually me who responded to you after having read your post

to , but I forgot to change the title. Just so as not to

confuse you incase Chrissy says..huh? *L*

I can't see how Pancreas Divisum can be a cause of a work related

injury, although I am saying that thinking it is only something that

someone is born with. Even with any other Pancreas problems, I can

only guess that it could be claimed on workers comp if one was

injured at work by being hit by an object in the abdominal area and

then the pancreas being damaged that way.

If this isn't so, I don't know how they can suggest workers comp

should pay the medical expenses. It just sounds like they want to

try anyway they can to not pay for something that appears to be long

term.
