Aching,swollen lymph nodes in the groin area

Hi gang! Just wondered if any of you have or are experiencing

swollen, aching lymph nodes in the groin area, specifically right

sided? I have been having this for about a month now, although I'm

prone to swollen nodes since I have the Epstein -barr virus.....I'm

not sure if it's from that, my degenerative disc disease or the

pancreas? I don't know what is what anymore? If this is not a

pancreas symptom, guess maybe I need to see a gynocologist to rule

that out. Life is getting very complicated .......I just know it's

all painful. Any advice is welcome........Cheers & best wishes,
