Guest guest
I haven't been ok'd yet on the post-op site so I'm hoping some of the post-ops here will help me with this one. The only (and I do mean only) thing that has bothered me since surgery on Thursday is that last night I started to feel like the back of my throat was sore. When I swallow it feels like there is something back there that won't go down. Dr. R says he has heard that from various patients and its not serious and will eventually go away. My question is have any of you experienced this and if so, do some juices, liquids etc make it better or worse. Other than that, things are great. My mom and I got up early this morning and spent two hours at the NC State Fair walking around!! I just stopped and sat when I needed to and as soon as I felt I'd had enought we left. Now I'm resting for the remainder of the day til dinner with everyone here in Durham tonight. MGB 10/12/00 PS...Jackie, I'll be emailing you when I have a bit more time. I expect you to be following me up here next year!!
