Guest guest
Dear Meleah: I used a copular different brands of antibacterial, mostly generic though, neosporin was one of the name brands (I had in my cabinet three antibacterial creams, some almost empty and I used each one randomly until they were gone). I have used coconut oil before to get rid of the eczema but it didn't work but I had not used it in conjunction with antifungal. I used antibacterial two hours before antifungal (or less as long as it had absorbed into the skin). I did it once in the morning and once at night. Sometimes more if I had the time and she was home from school. Propolis is a very good natural antibacterial, antiviral you could try. I have had some success with my other daughter's problem with itchy toes with propolis. It is made by bees. Tea Tree oil is another antibacterial. Neem oil also maybe helpful (smells awful on the skin), this is the indian remedy for eczema. Any of the these three might work. After applied and they have absorbed into the skin, apply the antifungal. I have also tried primrose oil, silverdeen cream, zinc cream, and msm cream to help alleviate her eczema. I have read extensively on eczema and tried numerous creams and oils. Please don't hesitate to ask more questions.
