Guest guest
Afternoon Everyone, Well, it's been a day. I KINDA got the results to the blood work I had done. I showed up for my appointment 20 minutes early and was told my FNP was sick and my apppointment had to be cancelled. They said they left a message on my home answering machine. They said they had NO OTHER number to call me at. Thats wrong as my cell number is in my file EVERYWHERE and it's even on my answering machine at home. Anyway, I told them this was an inconvience and was sorry the FNP was ill but could someone tell me the results on my blood work up. They said no. I told them this was WAY important to me to know and wasn't there something they could do to accomodate me. They said they would put me with another FNP. I said that was fine. They mumbled to each other for a minute and the next thing I know the receptionist opened my records and read my blood work results and said everything showed normal. Was there anything else they could help me with?! Good Grief! So, all anti-body tests are negative, insulin levels, mono spot check all negative. My symptoms have not gotten better but seem to be getting worse. So it's GOOD news in one aspect but terrible in another. From what I read there is no definative test for CFS so I have to assume that must be what this is since all other tests are negative and my thyroid shows that it is responding well to my medication. Can anyone else give me their opinion on this matter. My friend says we need to find another doctors office to go to as she has been uncomfortable going there herself lately. I don't know. I just know I don't wanna feel this old, tired, achy and sore anymore. But apparently there is no medical reson for my feeling this way.
