Guest guest
Hi Jenn, << Can you tell me how long my organic cranberry juice will last in the fridge? It seems to not be fully juice until a day or 2. This is how I have been making it. I use 1/2 gallon of distilled water and crush the cranberries before loading them in. I shake it up & refrigerate. >> If your refrigerator is sufficiently cold than 3-5 days is probably the maximum. Your refrigerator should be 5°C (41 °F) or less. The coldest part of the fridge is closest to the freezer portion and in back away from the door. If you heat the berries and use boiled water that will help prolong the shelf life of your juice. You could also try portioning it up into appropriate sized amounts and freezing it. Just make sure to label it in the freezer as to what it is and the date that you put it in.
