Guest guest Posted January 19, 2007 Report Share Posted January 19, 2007 I make strawberry yogurt after mine is done as follows: Puree strawberries in food processor so you have 3/4 cup puree. Add 1/4 c honey. Sprinkle 1 tsp gelatin over to soften. Cook until boiling. Turn off and let cool to room temp. Combine with 3 C of your done yogurt. Put back in fridge. Voila - strawberry yogurt!
