" CONCLUSION

In closing I just want to tell you that I am very excited about the MGB and

coming to Durham to meet with you, I am ready for my life to change and I

know that it will take lots of hard work and persistence from me but I am

ready to do whatever it takes. I'm ready to be alive and feel alive to be a

participate in life and stop watching it go by,

I also want to say THANK YOU for making us do this patient education and the

contacts. I know it has helped to educate me, You may know that I was

scheduled for a VBG in March of this year and nothing of this type of

education was required, the video the other surgeon provided did not tell

the whole story of the procedure. I traveled to Texas to have the VBG and

after my consult with the surgeon realized that I was not educated on the

procedure and I'm so thankful that I did not have it, after coming home and

doing more research on WLS. I am happy that I found your web site and the

MGB. I will be looking forward to hearing from you and once again thank

you!!!!
