Guest guest Posted November 6, 2002 Report Share Posted November 6, 2002 , thanks again.. I do this in rehab, but not for 10min. I should see if I get the cramps when I don't go to rehab. I go today so I will start doing the 10 min and do them everyday at home. I didn't get any leg cramps last nite at the sleep study until I sat up this morning. LOL Of course. LOL I will go back tonight so will see what happens. I slept well. Maybe I should move into the sleep center. LOL Of course I left my book and pillow there. (((( I hope it is there tonight when I go back. LOL I called and left a message. Thanks everyone for all the input. I hope we find something for these darn things. Thanks Sandy for the sock tip. I'm going to go get me some.
