Guest guest
Hi everyone, I know this is a strange question, but can any post-ops tell me how they tolerate sushi. Of course, I realize that there may not be any of you out there who even eat it...But, I love it and wonder how our new stomachs will tolerate it. It is such a tasty and healthy food that it sure would be great to be able to eat it. Also I was thinking for those of you that have trouble with wheat/bread/noodles. Thai food may be a good alternative. They use rice noodles alot and you may be better able to tolerate it. If you couldn't tell, I live in a major city (Chicago) with lots of types of cuisine. I know (being from Indianapolis) that so much variety, particularly fresh Sushi, is not always available. Anyway, just a thought. Congrats to all of you with dates, we are keeping you in our thoughts and prayers and to all of us who are anxiously working on it, keep pluggin, we will have dates and be on the other side before you know it.
