LOL I use a third cup of nonfat/sugarfree vanilla or chocolate yogurt and add the protein powder, creatine, and glutamine to it. It makes it tolerable at the least for me. I also make a " soup " out of heated V8 juice and chicken bullion granules... and add the creatine/glutamine combo to it. It isn't too bad that way. LOL I hope that helps!
