Guest guest
Hi Fliss, after reading all your last post re this subject, I'm beginning to think I need to try the g-f diet again, since I am not getting any relief from the Creon.( I had to switch back to the veggie ones) I had a diagnosis of gastritis & dueodenitis & hiatal hernia (when 1st diagnosed) & now outside of just doing it myself, the diet, (which I did years ago, even have the gluten free recipe book,) but what is a typical day's meal like for you, as in what are u eating now ??? I thought it was ruled out by biopsy or some other test I had.....but maybe the tests are just not that accurate? Maybe you & I have just had it soooooo long that it does not matter much what we eat, cause I can eat cheese , lowfat varirty & not often, even nuts & it does not seem to make a difference in the stool or the pain. And if I eat too much protein then I get gout & yes those Creon do give me gout, ugh....what a dilemna! If it's not too much trouble give me a menu for a day, just an example......I'm finding outside of red sauce & pasta & cereal, & salads (sans olive oil) nothing to eat! You can send it in my email if you prefer. Thanks, Cheers, & hope you had the Merriest of Christmasas! Love (still the Eskimo woman)
