B vitamin complex

i'm starting to feel something i haven't felt in years but that i

know well - anxiety. i'm almost sure it's a result of being off

grains for a couple of months now. i looked on the legal list but i

didn't see a legal B-complex vitamin. does anyone have any

recommendations?

I know that Silsby Compounding Pharmacy has just " invented " a B complex

transdermal. It is, of course, RX only. If you can get a dr. to give you an RX

for it, Silsby is very capable of making SCD legal supps and meds since they do

it all the time, and the pharmacist was a friend of Elaine's.

Sylvia,

Around the three month mark of SCD there is often an unexplained regression or

discomfort. Is it possible this is what you are experiencing? I find " Squash

Fries " and

putting lots of cheese or herbs in recipes and baked goods satisfies my carb

lust

sufficiently. Actually my own cravings seem to lean towards meat.

Some markets sell squsah peeled ans cut into long chunks. I feed it into the

slicing blade

of the food processor or slice it with a " V " slicer (mandolin slicer)
