Bad Breath?

My guy told me that on top of everything else, I now have bad

breath. Medicine? Teeth rotting from starvation?

The vomiting has been under control for a couple of weeks. I gave

up on fat after my last emergency room visit and stay under 10 grams

a day. My weight is still dropping but more slowly now. I am 5'9 "

and weigh 119 lbs.

So, I would feel better if you guys said this is not related and I

just need to go get my teeth cleaned but I have been told it doesn't

smell food or dirty teeth related.

Also, what is a feeding tube? The surgeon said if I dropped under

120, he wanted to look into alternate ways of nutrition. I knew I

would end up a borg.

Thanks

Carol

Carol,

I had to have colon surgery 11 years ago, and about a year after my

surgery, I became unwell, but it wasn't an instant illness, in fact

we don't even know exactly what it was, but my hair went oily,

looked dirty even though I was washing it as normal, I looked like I

had the flu, but didn't feel fluish, just run down...but a woman

that i worked with pulled me aside and asked if I was sick because

she said that my breath smelled, and it wasn't normal bad breath.

I went to the doctor, and for the life of me, I can't remember what

happened, but whatever it was I had ran it's course and then my

breath didn't smell bad anymore....

All I am saying is that illness or disease can show in many ways,

including bad breath.
