Guest guest
Yes, you can try coconut milk. It has to be homemade. The directions are on www.pecanbread.com . It makes a great smoothie base. Marshmallows... I have not made that recipe. It's probably a little too soon for nut flour, but since it's only used to dust the outside, you might try getting just as light a coating as possible and don't let him eat a ton of them. It's definitely too soon for the shredded toasted coconut (the coconut milk is fine because you strain out the fibrous part). Patti coconut milk and marshamallows Hello all- We've only been SCD 2 weeks, but I was wondering if coconut milk would be ok to introduce? He really likes smoothies so it would be a useful addition. I was also hoping to experiment with marhsmallows, but I know he's not ready for any nut flours. Any suggestions? Teena
