Sinus irrigations - need suggestions

Hi Everyone,

How do those of you with toddlers get them to cooperate with nasal

irrigations?

Shaelin is almost 3 and has had 2 sinus surgeries in the past 1 1/2

years and again has a cold with copious amount of clear nasal

drainage. I have been trying to irrigate his nose with saline but he

fights so much that very little actually gets into his nose. I am

using the Ocean drops and wonder if they sting. He does not fight

when I give him his Rhinocort. I noticed that some of you make your

own irrigation solution. Do you think it is better tolerated and how

do you administer it?
