I have been deseeding them, cutting them up and baking them on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Is that correct? I bake at 425 for I don't know 15 minutes maybe?? Also cooking meat: Someone suggested not to fry it. For chicken I have been putting it in boiled water for a 1/2 breast for about 30- 40 minutes. Is there another way to cook it or meat that is better. I am sorry if these questions sound really ridiculous but I really don't know how to do things well in the kitchen. I'm trying though. Week Four of SCD: introduced avocado this week for faux chicken pancakes ...One avocado deseeded and grinded mixed with 1 chicken breast grinded (and boiled in water first) maybe three tablespoons of applesauce homemade. Okay it's not really a pancake nor really the consistency of a pancake but I did my best to make it look authentic for my guy who loves his pancakes.
