Guest guest
I find the cloudy brown refrigerated apple cider in my supermarket year round. It's easy not to notice it among the produce if you are not looking for it. , mom to > > All I can input in this one is that apple cider is legal. It will probably become more difficult to find with winter half way through. I can still get it in my local grocery though. It freezes well, so I'd find some, stock up in the freezer, and just pull it out as needed. There is no legal apple juice unless you make it yourself. If you have a juicer, that's an option. > Meleah > SCD & LOD > > > Hello friends - > > Luke's oxalic acid is sky high according to the OAT and we are considering trying to fold in low oxalate requirements into his SCD. It is truly a bummer b/c w/the addition of phenol assist we'd seen 2 weeks of near perfect stools coming out daily, or every other day; far and away the most normal functioning of his gut since he stopped breastfeeding. > > Has anyone got any advice on reducing oxalates while staying SCD? We had just introduced almond flour, which of course, is very high in oxalates. Also, Luke is nowhere close to being pill compliant and we are forcing 3923929 supplements into his grape juice, which is also high in oxalates. Apple juice, I'm told, is at least lower in oxalates than grape, does anyone know of any SCD compliant apple juices? > > We are at wits end. Someone please tell me this combination can be successfully achieved. > > brian > > __________________________________________________________ > It's here!
