Guest guest
Thanks Darren; I'm so glad that your recovery is going so well. When do you have to go back to work? I remember the last time you posted your employer wanted you back in 3 weeks or something like that. I remember thinking it was way too soon. I am really getting nervous and scared. I'm trying to keep myself busy, so my mind doesn't wander. I'm going to see a Priest on Saturday, I think. Haven't quite made up my mind about that just yet. How long were you in the ICU? Did they put you in a drug induced coma? I had heard they do that at times after such big cases. Did you have to be transfused with blood products? My husband can only stay with me until thursday night so I am hoping to be in a regular room by then. It better be private too. I am too much of a nurse to share a room. Last time I did, I ended up taking care of my roomate...lol. Got no rest at all! Are you taking enzymes? How is the digestion going? Have you gained weight? I dont want to gain. Not trying to be gross but is everything you eat coming out ok, bm wise. Geeze cant believe I just asked a strange man about his pooh...LOL How often do you check your blood sugar? What kind of monitor do you have? Heidi and a few others recommended the Advantage ultra ~ something like that. Did you go home with any drains or tubes? Well sorry for all the Q's, but you said ask anything *S*. I'm really glad your doing so well. Please keep in touch and feel free to email me personally at cdrrn@...
