Guest guest
Our little gal had her 6 wk scan today (she's in a STARband) and her measurements have gone from 12.1 to 3.6. We were told that anything under 6 is considered in the normal range and everyone is so thrilled at the amazing results she's seen so quickly. So, you'd think we'd be preparing to take off the band, right? Well the girls (the banded girl is one of twins) are 7 months old today but 6 months adjusted age and not sleeping on their tummies or tolerating tummy time at all. We were told for the next six weeks that we can be more lax about the helmet use-- certainly wear it during naps and at night but she can have it off during the day if she'll be upright (they're sitting unassisted). I do NOT want to regress back to the flatness, so at what point should the band come off-- I just don't think they're gonna crawl anytime soon so where should I focus efforts? And, unless there's a compelling event to attend, I say the band stays on all the time for kickin' around the house or runnin' around town. Thanks in advance.
