Guest guest
Well group im back from Durham. Today is a much better day than yesturday. I got to Durham at 6am and was registered. I went directly to " ambulatory care " where I signed a lot of papers and got into my OR wardrobe. A sweet lady named Rita took me back there and I met Ruth in the pre-op area. She started my IV and rolled me into the OR. It was so cold in there. I said my hellos and met a few people in masks that were scurring around doing their job and next thing I know I was in recovery begging for help. Worse pain than my gallbladder surgery. It only took a few hours to calm down and get the gas moving out. I walked 2 times and the pain subsided. The rest is history and I'm home feeling sore but fine. Lots of stuff to remember too!. (Med wise) I will post more later and any results that I have soon as I feel better!! p.s. everyone say a prayer for the family of the helicopter pilot that lost his life this morning when Duke's chopper crashed near Alamance Regional!!! bobbie parrish post-op (finally)
