You've been missed.

How wonderful that everything went so superbly for you, your

daughter and all the family! I'm delighted for you. I'm so pleased

that you were able to enjoy it pain-free and taste some forbidden

foods as well! It's a great blessing. I know you'll feel anti-

climactic but your daughter's happiness and all the happy memories

will be your joy. All those months of preparation paid off

handsomely, it seems! Well done. You deserve to have had a perfect

time.

I remember, at my elder son's wedding, spilling juice from some

fruit dessert all over my (pale cream!) suit jacket. I was

horrified but, by some miracle, it simply didn't stain. The priest

sitting next to me (the wedding celebrant) implied it had happened

thanks to the wine I'd been drinking (it was pre-CP diagnosis days)

but that was NOT true!! It was simply excitement. These days are so

precious.

Have you another celebration to get stuck into now?!
