The best nut-free party treat we have found is the lemon filling from

SCDrecipe.com. It can be served as is, but prefers it frozen. I

freeze it in little cups and send it to school where they are kind

enough to keep it on hand in their freezer to pull out as these

parties occur. It is easier to make than the " lemon curd " recipe and

we think it tastes better, too.
