Guest guest
Hi, I'm just about to start this diet with myself and the kids. The main issue is my daughter has a moderate amount of intestinal fungus we are trying to rid her of. She also has OCD/sensory issues and I'm hoping this will help. My question is whether to do yogurt and chesses. To be honest I know I won't make yogurt -certainly to start. We shop in Seattle where they have whole foods/PCC and I'm wondering if there are brands of yogurt and cheeses I can buy that are legal or may not be problematic? Thanks, Lori

If you study all the links our website carefully you will find many comments and facts about yogurt. There is a list of legal cheeses in Breaking the Vicious Cycle. The decision to implement dairy is yours and yours alone. www.pecanbread.com Carol F. SCD 7 years, celiac
Guest guest
There is absolutely no commercial yogurt that you can use on SCD. No yogurt is fermented for the required 24 hours, so you must make it yourself. Check the btvc.info web site under the legal list section for various cheese that you can use.
