Dear Wonderful Preops and Postops:

I think Barbara at Dr. Rutledge's office leaves her angel's wings in the trunk

of her car while she's at work. My every interaction with her via phone or

email has been great and informative. She is always helpful and always

courteous. I tell you what: if I had her job, I wouldn't have to worry about

my hair thinning after the surgery cause I would be bald from yanking my hair

out in tufts every day at work. She's awesome and bless her heart. So my

heartfelt thanks to Barbara for everything she does for us.
