Guest guest
Just wanted to share our GREAT news! Our daughter is 4 and has been on the SCD for 7 months. We had her regular checkup at the pediatricians yesterday. Not only has 's constipation gone, but she gained 2lbs3oz in 3 months! This is a kid that has had so much difficulty putting on weight that 10 months ago doctors recommended feeding her via a Mickey button. Our doctor didn't have much hope for this diet. But, he was so impressed with her progess that he says we don't have to go back for a year. We are SO happy with her, it is amazing. , mum to (4 atypical Rett Syndrome)

My daughter has constipation and weight gain issues so this is an inspiration for me. She is fed via NG tube and her feed contains maltodextrin. I want to replace each feed with SCD, but she is exremely picky and we are struggling. Jazzie's paed and gastro are also down on this diet and I feel like I am the only one who wants to help her heal. Its lovely to hear a succes story and gives me fresh hope. Thank you.
