Guest guest
does anyone have experience using coconut flour? i want to know how it compares with nut butters in digestibility. my daughter is not tolerating nut butters yet, and i'd like to try coconut flour instead. she has a hard time with anything greasy, and the nut butters seem greasy. thanks, silvia 2 year old daughter with eczema, SCD 5 weeks

If she cannot tolerate the nut butters or flours, then it is too soon for coconut flour.
