Guest guest
Hi JC, Best wishes for Monday's journey. I was pre-cert through Aetna and I did not have to contact the hospital prior to the morning of surgery when I checked in. I believe that Barb calls them with your info. I just checked in and showed my insurance card and in our case my husband's id and full work address and number since its his policy. I was glad he was there because I wouldn't have known is full work address. That was it. No money. The $11,000 is standard upfront for self-pay. You will have Dr. R's $1000. upfront until insurance reimburses him and the clinic cost upfront (unless that has changed). I hope you have a quick and smooth surgery and recovery. Hope to see you post as a post-op:) Laurie 9/20/00 319/281/
