Guest guest
, My ALJ hearing was also originally scheduled for Jan. 27th in N. ton, SC. My initial application date was June of 2003. My attorney submitted the records of mine that he wanted the judge to review last month, and requested that he read them prior to the hearing to see if he would make an early determination. Just last week, the attorney called with the good news that the judge had reviewed the records, and agreed to award me disability benefits with a revised start of disability date. The revised date was agreeable to me. This was fabulous news, and it's such a relief to finally have it all over with. I'll also start on Medicare in September 2005. I can only hope and pray that you will also receive your benefits and that your long wait is soon over. Best of luck to you! With love, hope and prayers, Heidi Heidi H. Griffeth South Carolina Rep.
