undigested food in stools

we've been on this diet 5 weeks and i'm looking for some new foods to

try. what we're eating so far is---

breakfast: fruit puree (banana, apple, pineapple, or peach) with 2T

goat yogurt AND egg or broiled spinach beef burgers

snack: banana or avocado

lunch: baked squash fries, green beans, or artichokes with homemade mayo

snack: applesauce

dinner: same as breakfast

we've tried pecan and almond butter in muffins but both times she had

mushy stools with grains visible in them. with the almond ones, i

didn't realize we were supposed to use blanched almonds so i guess it

could have been the skins. with the pecans i put raisin pieces in

them and cooked raisins are not until stage 3.

we don't drink juice because even undiluted juice makes her eczema

itch. so jello is out. i think honey makes her itch as well. i was

using unfiltered honey though and now i've bought some sue bee brand

and will try that next time. but, i know she has yeast issues so i

wonder if just any amount of sweet thing, aside from cooked fruit, is

too much for her right now. also we react to cow's milk with sinus

congestion, headaches, and allergy shiners. i'm not eating cow dairy

for now. she also gets itchy with carrots.

i'm feeling desperate for a new ingredient to introduce - something

that will be filling, like nuts. here are my questions: does anyone

have any menu suggestions? we are hungry all the time and eating the

same things over and over again. secondly, when i see grains in her

stool, does that mean the nuts were the culprit, or does the real

culprit make the entire meal indigestible?

thanks in advance!
