I don't remember which group was addressed, so I'm writing to several. The writer asked about kasha (buckwheat.) I said kasha (buckwheat) was GF, which is true. Today I saw a dry cereal with the brand name Kashi. Kashi contains at least five gluten-based ingredients (rye, barley, three forms of wheat.) Kasha is safe for us; Kashi is NOT.
