Guest guest
http://www.harpercollins.com/catalog/book_essay_xml.asp?isbn=0060014091 This is part of Cohen's book on coping with Multiple Sclerosis and then finding that twice he had colon cancer. The point is, from my perspective, even though I do have MS (but not cancer--yet!), is his own adaptation to it all. I saw him and his wife Meredith Viera, of The View and Millionaire, programs on usa television, interviewed by two different interviewers. Well, he IS more well-to-do than most of us, but the book, called, BLINDSIDED, in part because he IS legally blind due to MS, which I am not, is worth reading as is this selection from it which I sort of fell upon on the web! Crawling along the web,m again, and hoping that some of you en joy what Cohen has to say, as it seems relevant to what most of us with cystic fibrosis cope with as well. Mr. Cohen's father and his father's father also had MS, which makes the simi larity closer. I hope that you, some of you, enjoy reading this; you can always just hit that delete tab! Love to all on cfparents and on conncoll, n Rojas
